Effective date: 20 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Realsense Infotech LLC FZ (“Realsense”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information through realsenseinfotech.ae and in our business inquiries, customer relationships, and service communications.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
We are a UAE-based provider of software development, IT consultancy, hosting, managed IT, e-commerce, and related digital services. For privacy questions or requests, email info@realsenseinfotech.ae or write to Realsense Infotech LLC FZ, The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Telephone: +971 52 433 1364.
2. Our role and hosted client websites
For our own website and business relationships, we determine why and how relevant personal information is used. When we host or maintain a client’s website or send messages on its behalf, the client generally determines the purposes of processing and we act on its instructions. The client’s privacy notice applies to its collection and use of visitor, account, and order information. This policy does not replace those notices.
3. Information we handle
- Inquiries and correspondence: your name, email address, message contents, and any business, telephone, or project information you provide through forms, email, or direct communication. Our inquiry form requests a name, email address, and message.
- Customer and service records: relevant contact details, project requirements, approvals, support records, and contract or invoice information supplied during an engagement.
- Transactional email information: recipient addresses, relevant account or order identifiers, message content, and delivery or failure information. For hosted client websites, the relevant client system supplies this information under the client’s instructions.
- Technical information: systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, and security or error logs to operate and protect the services.
- Analytics information: our website includes Google Analytics, which can process cookie identifiers, page visits, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location, depending on its configuration and applicable privacy settings.
We receive information from you, from interactions with our systems, and from clients whose services we support. Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in general inquiry forms or email.
4. Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide and support agreed services, administer customer relationships and invoices, troubleshoot problems, protect systems against abuse, understand website usage, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a lawful basis is required, processing is based on consent or an applicable legal exception, such as processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract or meet a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the activity and the law that applies. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.
5. Transactional and service emails
We use Mailgun (Sinch Email) for transactional and service-related messages from our own websites and hosted client websites. These include account opening emails, password resets, account verification, order confirmations, form acknowledgments, and direct responses to incoming emails. We do not use this Mailgun integration for marketing campaigns. Submitting an inquiry does not itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
Some account, security, order, or requested support messages are necessary for the associated service. Contact the relevant website operator about account closure or available notification choices. If a message was intended for someone else, notify the sender without using account access or reset links.
6. Cookies, analytics, and website features
Google Analytics can use cookies, including _ga, to distinguish visitors and measure website use. Identifier storage and retention depend on the service configuration and applicable settings. Read Google’s Privacy Policy or use its Analytics browser opt-out tool. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect website features and does not necessarily stop every form of analytics processing.
WordPress account and administrative features use cookies to support sign-in, sessions, and preferences. If you choose to save your details when commenting, cookies may remember those details for future comments.
Where comments are enabled, we collect the comment information you submit and may process IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments and the public name you provide may be visible to others. If a profile image service is used, it may receive an identifier derived from your email address; Automattic’s privacy notice describes Gravatar’s practices. Do not post information you wish to keep private.
Embedded third-party content, where present, can collect information as if you visited the provider directly. Its provider’s privacy practices apply.
7. Who receives information
Relevant information may be handled by authorized personnel and providers supporting hosting, website operation, email delivery, analytics, and the services we provide. Mailgun processes recipient addresses, message content, and associated delivery information to deliver our emails. See Mailgun’s Privacy Policy. Google receives information associated with the Analytics integration.
We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Relevant records may be transferred in a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable privacy obligations and notice requirements.
8. International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. International transfers must meet applicable data protection requirements, including required safeguards or a permitted exception. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your data.
9. Retention
Our retention policy is to keep personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose, contractual commitments, legal recordkeeping, and resolution of disputes. Relevant criteria include whether an inquiry remains active, the duration of an engagement, the information’s sensitivity, security needs, applicable legal requirements, and backup cycles. Information no longer needed is subject to deletion or anonymization, except where a lawful hold or other obligation requires retention.
These criteria apply to inquiry and customer correspondence, contract and billing records, technical and email logs, and other service records; different categories may require different periods. Published comments may remain while the relevant discussion is maintained, subject to moderation and applicable deletion rights. Data processed on behalf of a client is subject to its lawful instructions and our agreement. Contact us about the retention applicable to a specific record.
10. Security
We are responsible for applying technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Report suspected security issues affecting your information to info@realsenseinfotech.ae. Required incident notifications are handled under applicable law and client agreements.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, a copy or transfer of your information, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent where relevant. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
Email info@realsenseinfotech.ae with enough information to identify the relevant interaction or account. We may request proportionate identity verification and will respond within applicable legal time limits. For a client-operated website, contact that business first; if you contact us, we will assist or refer the request as appropriate to our role.
12. Children, external sites, and updates
Our corporate website and business inquiry services are intended for business contacts rather than directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be reviewed or removed. Client websites may serve different audiences and require their own disclosures and protections.
External websites have their own privacy practices. We will update this policy when relevant practices change, identify the effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
